Producer/Casting Director Erica Arvold, CSA most recently produced the pilot Ralph’s World: Time Machine Guitar for Grammy Nominee Ralph Covert and is currently casting WISH YOU WELL, a feature film written by novelist David Baldacci. She served as Virginia Casting Director (w/Anne Chapman) for DreamWorks’ LINCOLN, cast the indie feature LAKE EFFECTS, and produced and cast the psychological thriller HOUSE HUNTING. For over 20 years, Erica has contributed to the casting of over 100 films and 75 television projects. Select films include BACKDRAFT, RUDY, NATURAL BORN KILLERS, MAD CITY, THE HORSE WHISPERER, RUNAWAY BRIDE, SEE THIS MOVIE, GODS AND MONSTERS, MY DINNER WITH JIMI, IN HER SHOES, and CHARLOTTE’S WEB. Select television credits include the series PROVIDENCE, FRASIER, WINGS, THE UNTOUCHABLES, POSTCARDS FROM HEAVEN, television movies AFTERSHOCK: EARTHQUAKE IN NY, MARCH IN WINDY CITY and THE DARKLING. Select theatre credits include the 1st National Tour of Angels in America and Forever Plaid. Erica has been based in Chicago, Los Angeles, and now Charlottesville, Virginia where she jumps back and forth between coasts. In addition to feature films and television, Erica produces commercials (she produced the DNC’s winning national commercial I DESERVE HEALTHCARE), industrials (Procter & Gamble, Corpedia, CFA Institute) and web content for businesses of all sizes. Erica is the founder and Chair of the Charlottesville Chapter of the Virginia Production Alliance, a non-profit organization that unites film, video, audio and new media. Erica is grateful to the many writers and filmmakers who have invited her to collaborate on their projects!

Shannon Cain stumbled into the casting business as a production assistant for Nancy Mosser Casting in Pittsburgh on The War That Made America in 2005. From there she has worked with numerous casting directors including Richmonder Jeanne Boisineau on Terrence Malick’s The New World. She was very fortunate to assist Emmy award winning casting director Tracy Kilpatrick with the location casting for HBO’s mini-series “John Adams”. Other casting directors and projects she worked on throughout the years include: Evan Almighty and The Dark Knight Rises with Tammy Smith of Smith & Webster Davis Casting, War of the Worlds and Lincoln with Billy Dowd and Secretariat and The Three Stooges again with Tracy Kilpatrick.

Shannon has a BS in Biology from Juniata College and a MA in Media Studies from Penn State. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her Goldendoodle, Oliver, where he can run free and occasionally go swimming. They are also active members in the local therapy dog group Caring Canines.

Danny Caporaletti works freelance in Richmond as a casting assistant, camera operator/AC, and PA. He graduated from VCU with a Cinema/English double major and Creative Writing minor. He loves working with actors and collaborating on creative projects with other positive, hard-working artists.

Dylan Frayser has been working in the Richmond area since 2008 as a freelance filmmaker. He has worked as a Casting Assistant for Anne Chapman Casting on a number of projects, including Spielberg's Lincoln and the PBS docu-drama The Abolitionists. Besides his work in Casting, Dylan has also worked a variety of positions in the production department locally, including 2nd AD and Key Set PA. A graduate of VCU's Cinema Department, Dylan is an avid writer as well, and hopes to use his diverse set of skills to attain success in Richmond and beyond.
